Whether you have a diagnosis or not — if you're living with persistent or intermittent vertigo-type dizziness, brain fog and balance problems as a result of an inner ear or vestibular problem, you already know how little targeted support exists. Vestaquil is the first supplement formulated specifically for vestibular disorder sufferers. By someone who has been through it.

If you're experiencing chronic dizziness, you've probably already been through the exhausting cycle. Appointments with doctors who don't have answers. Months — sometimes years — of tests. The constant fog. The unsteadiness that makes every ordinary task feel like a risk. And often, the feeling that you're fighting something invisible, entirely alone.
Even for those who do get a diagnosis — vestibular migraine, Meniere's, PPPD, BPPV, vestibular neuritis — the supplement options are often formulated for other conditions, not for vestibular conditions specifically. They can also be hard to find, not to mention expensive. Nothing designed with this community in mind.
Vestaquil exists to change that.
"I've had dizziness and brain fog for so long I've forgotten what normal feels like. Finding anything designed specifically for vestibular conditions rather than general migraine feels like a step in the right direction."
"Every supplement I've found has been aimed at migraine generally. My condition is vestibular — it's different, and it needs something different."
"I've been buying the ingredients separately for months — expensive and complicated. The idea of one product with the right doses, designed for people like me, is exactly what I've been looking for."
I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine following an initial episode of Vestibular Neuritis. Like so many of you, I went through the full journey — the debilitating dizziness, the brain fog, the cognitive exhaustion that no one around you fully understands. The months of searching for answers. The feeling that you are fighting something invisible, and fighting it alone.
With the expert guidance of one of the world's leading vestibular specialists, and a carefully constructed supplement protocol, I eventually recovered. Supplements were central to that recovery, and continue to be important in preventing my symptoms from returning.
But finding the right supplements was its own struggle. Expensive. Difficult to source. And critically — nothing was designed specifically for people with vestibular conditions. Every product was built for other conditions or general symptoms, not for the vestibular community.
So I built what I wished had existed when I was at my worst: a single supplement, containing only the ingredients with the strongest scientific evidence behind them, at the doses that actually matter, formulated specifically for vestibular and balance disorder sufferers.
Every ingredient in Vestaquil was selected for one reason: the quality of the published research behind it. No fillers. No proprietary blends obscuring inadequate doses. No additions without clinical rationale. Just four compounds with the strongest peer-reviewed evidence for vestibular and balance disorder sufferers — at the doses that have been studied.
Low magnesium is strongly linked to vestibular migraine and inner ear dysfunction. Studies at 600mg show significant reduction in episode frequency. Glycinate form has superior bioavailability and fewer digestive side effects than magnesium oxide — important for those who experience nausea.
Included in UK clinical guidelines for headache and migraine management. Riboflavin supports mitochondrial energy production — a pathway disrupted in vestibular migraine. Research shows meaningful reduction in episode frequency and severity at 400mg daily.
CoQ10 plays a central role in mitochondrial energy production in nerve cells. Since vestibular migraine is a migraine variant, research into CoQ10 and migraine is directly relevant — and low CoQ10 levels have been observed in migraine patients. CoQ10 is one of the four ingredients in the formula studied in the Gaul et al. double-blind placebo-controlled trial on migraineurs, which remains the most significant published study on this nutrient combination.
Vitamin D deficiency is prevalent among vestibular disorder patients. Studies have found links between low Vitamin D and increased BPPV recurrence, Meniere's symptoms and vestibular neuritis. Correcting deficiency has been shown to reduce BPPV recurrence rates in several studies.
